Am I being Gaslighted? New article

I was approached to write an article on gaslighting in young relationships by the organisation Mindsum. Mindsum is a non profit social enterprise that focuses on the mental health of children and adolescents. While I primarily work with adults, it was lovely to be asked to write for, and be involved with this organisation.
Gaslighting is commonly spoken about, however in reality it can be very confusing to actually work out if gaslighting is actually taking part in your relationship. My article gives a clear outline around the red flags in relationships that may indicate gaslighting, as well as some guidance as to what to do if you think or feel you are experiencing this.
